Summary

Position Summary

This practice provides support across the whole spectrum of women’s health, including cancer screening, obstetrics, reproductive health, and pregnancy options. Typical schedule is 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, some early and late coverage required. This position performs a combination of administrative, project and operational work while working closely with management and the department's team.  This is a dynamic practice working with a diverse population of patients, and supporting residents completing their clinical rotations. Ideal candidates have prior healthcare experience in an outpatient setting, but those with a special interest in community health and the population we serve will be equally considered.  Previous experience in referral management and/or surgical scheduling is preferred but not required.  Multilingual candidates are also preferred.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • License/Certifications: N/A
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with all Microsoft Office suite products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
