We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and mature individual to support the Chief Nursing Officer, as well as the clinical leadership team with various administrative tasks as assigned. Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator responsibilities include calendar management, organizing efficient paper and information flow to include incoming and outgoing mail and ordering supplies, creating and maintaining records and reports as required, to include scheduling meetings and taking minutes for clinical committees as assigned, coordinating and communicating with staff regarding relevant information as necessary, and taking on other projects as requested. This position will also cover for the Executive Assistant to the President in her/his absence.

 Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Associate degree or equivalent with 3 or more years of administrative experience supporting a senior executive required (7+ preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel; knowledge of and/or experience with medical terminology a definite plus
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Dedicated and reliable
  • Unquestionable integrity and an understanding of confidentiality
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-starter, comfortable with multi-tasking
