Summary

  • Position Summary
    • The Geriatric Activities Coordinator role is responsible for developing and coordinating activities both in an individual and group setting. Coordinates volunteer participation in the delivery of activities.  
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • License/Certifications: NCCAP Certification preferred.  Activity Coordinator Certification required or must obtain within six months of start date.  
    • Experience: One year of related experience and/or training preferred.
    • Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
    • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
