This Administrative Specialist II position is a full-time onsite member of MaineHealth Philanthropy’s Leadership Gifts Team. Among the standard professional administrative support responsibilities, the individual will be responsible for maintaining professional phone etiquette and ensuring all communications reflect the values and goals of the team. Team members are both on site and remote. Comfort with technology and aptitude for learning new applications is foundational to success in this role, as are strong organizational skills with the ability to discern and prioritize tasks. The environment is often fast-paced and dynamic, requiring timely and efficient support for the team’s objectives.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.

- Experience: Three years of experience in an administrative support role required.
