This is a per diem – as needed position.
The Administrative Assistant in Anticoagulation provides administrative support to the department leader and staff. Greets and registers patients, answers phones, and takes messages. Serves as a receptionist and scheduler. Utilizes and maintains departmental computerized registration, scheduling and patient records.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: One year of experience in a fast-paced office setting required. Experience in a medical setting preferred.
