The Registered Nurse – Research Patient Navigator is a member of the Clinical Trials team as part of the MaineHealth Institute for Research (MHIR). We are looking for an experienced research nurse to lead the rapid growth of our Oncology Clinical Trials portfolio. This role will spearhead the clinical operations implementation of new therapeutic trials within the Oncology Program, through the development of source documents, recruitment plans and study-related processes that align with established clinical pathways in the Program. This role will work closely with the research teams and clinical care teams prior to study activation, to communicate and provide training on trial requirements. The Research Patient Navigator will also be responsible for connecting patients to clinical research services within the organization, outside facilities, and within the community.

This position is a hybrid role based at our Scarborough, ME research facility, with some opportunity for remote work.
