Maine Medical CenterLocation- Customer Service Desk in the Atrium of the Malone Family Tower
Hours Monday - Friday, 5am-9am
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner and assesses customer needs, providing specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
