Summary:
The Regional Vice President – Ambulatory Operations, Mountain Region, role partners in a dyad relationship with the Regional VP of Ambulatory Physician/APP services on ambulatory clinical care, access, operations, quality, strategy, patient experience, care team engagement and finances for the assigned Region. This dyad collaborates with the other regional ambulatory VP dyads across MaineHealth Medical Group (MHMG). The Regional VP reports directly to the MHMG President and is part of both the MHMG Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Leadership Team. This role is responsible for all aspects of the regional medical group practice operations, strategy and financial performance in collaboration with the Regional President. The Mountain Region consists of Franklin, Memorial and Stephens Hospitals. 

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Master’s or Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: As applicable
  3. Experience: A minimum of ten years of progressive leadership roles in healthcare required.
