Summary:
Trellis Health is seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) to help transform primary care through innovation and autonomy. As part of a start-up subsidiary of Maine Health, you'll play a key role in shaping clinical practices and Member experiences. The MSR will ensure smooth operations and positive interactions, being the first and last point of contact for Members. Trellis is redesigning primary care by offering flexible communication methods, ensuring a calmer clinic environment, and creating a joyful experience for both Members and the care team.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  1. Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience helpful.
  4. Knowledge and skills in using office equipment.
  5. Must be caring and empathetic and empathetic and have great listening skills.
  6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone.
  8. Strong computer skills.
  9. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  11. Ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direct supervision.
  12. Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations.
