For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!
- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Orthopedics Joint Replacement in Falmouth ME, is seeking a Registered Nurse who enjoys functioning as part of team with the goal of meeting patient needs. The ability to assess and respond to patient calls is essential. Prior surgical experience is a plus, but all RN experience will be considered.
This is a full-time (40 hours), day-shift position. The schedule is 5–8-hour shifts during the Monday-Friday workweek. The practice is open 8am-5pm, No weekends, on call or major holidays are required.
Summary:
The Registered Nurse role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Experience: One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse I - Ambulatory Care role.
