($3,000.00 Sign on Bonus paid in 3 installments, prorated for Part Time)

Summary
Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician IV - Retail Services – MMCP role is an expert Pharmacy Technician who possesses in depth knowledge and experience and performs a variety of duties relating to medication preparation, storage, distribution, disposition, and related clerical tasks. This role will identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and actively contribute to the implementation of improvement efforts. In addition this role will serve as a resource for other team members.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Associates Degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician required. CPhT or PTCB certificate required within one year of hire.
- Experience: Five years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare or related required. New hires with greater than five years of Pharmacy Technician experience will have six months to meet the essential functions of this role. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Pharmacy Technician III – Retail role.
