For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $15,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced certified surgical Tech with three years plus.

$3,000 sign on bonus for 0-3 years of experience certified Surgical Techs

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PT position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires,

per diem hires are ineligible.


Summary:
The Surgical Technologist role assists the surgeon and Operating Room (OR) RN during surgical procedures.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology required.
  2. License/Certifications: Current BCLS and certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required within 6 months of start date. Positions located in New Hampshire are required to have a New Hampshire Med Tech License or NH EMT License with National Registry Certification.
  3. Experience: One year of experience preferred.
