The Executive Assistant I role works under the direction of the Regional Chief Medical Officer and is responsible for providing administrative and operational support essential to the mission of the organization and the day-to-day operation of an executive office. Key to the role is the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, consultants, contractors and the general public.

Responsibilities:

· Provides administrative support directly to the assigned Senior Executive leader(s), exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

· Uses business software applications (word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet) to prepare complex correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.

· Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email. Prepares responses to routine correspondence and inquiries as requested. Maintains files, records, and calendars.

· Arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, tracks expenses, and/or supports budget process. • Mentors/leads other administrative staff as assigned.

· Coordinates significant events for the organization. Provides support for high level projects including data collection, analysis and reporting as assigned.

· Participates in the development and implementation of administrative standards, policies and practices as appropriate.

    · Mentors/leads other administrative personnel if assigned

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
    2. License/Certifications: N/A
    3. Experience: Five years of experience in an administrative support role required. Two years of executive level support preferred
    4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
    5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of Medical terminology
