We are actively recruiting for a referral specialist to join MaineHealth's Neurosurgery and Spine practice. This is a hybrid position, upon successful completion of training, with the ability to work from home up to four days a week.
Summary:
The Referral Specialist role ensures patients have been cleared for an appointment by resolving pre-certification, registration, and case-related concerns prior to a patient's appointment.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Previous medical office experience preferred.
