The Onsite Trainer is responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions for Patient Access team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. This includes facilitating engaging learning experiences, onboarding new hires, reinforcing best practices, and supporting team members in mastering processes related to patient access. The Onsite Trainer will collaborate closely with hybrid trainers and instructional designers to ensure seamless training support for new hires, aligning with Patient Access training standards. Flexibility to travel to various locations is essential for success in this role.

Summary:

The Associate Technical Training Analyst role is responsible for conducting analysis, building, testing, training, implementation, and support activities for clinical, fiscal, IS, and business operations computer systems.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. 

 2. License/Certifications: Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required. 

 3. Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred.
