We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to help realize our vision by turning complex healthcare data into insights that enhance patient care and support our mission of engaging people, earning their trust, and improving lives.
This role focuses on analyzing healthcare data to uncover actionable insights that support both patient care and organizational success. Working with clinical data warehouses and payer data, the Senior Analyst will help shape decision-making that optimizes health outcomes and strengthens relationships between patients and care teams.
The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with expertise in healthcare data analysis and statistical modeling, complemented by exceptional communication skills to translate complex insights into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Summary:
The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst focuses on analyzing healthcare data to uncover actionable insights that support both patient care and organizational success. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
1. Education: Master’s degree in healthcare informatics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of progressive healthcare analytics experience.
