Summary:
The Senior Director - Cardiovascular Practice Operations role is responsible for providing leadership and direction in planning, guiding and coordinating practice operations. As a member of the senior leadership team, this position will be a significant contributor to strategic planning and business development efforts and will be responsible for the successful implementation of these plans.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.

 2. License/Certifications: N/A 

 3. Experience: Five years progressive and relevant healthcare management experience. Experience as a member of a senior leadership team may be required. Extensive physician hospital practice integration and applicable program development experience preferred. 

 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Experience with Rural Health Clinic regulatory requirements. Knowledge of Patient Centered Medical Home and Patient Centered Specialty Practice designation. Travel between sites may be required.
